Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to handle complete accounting operations for our steel industry business. The candidate should have strong experience in managing day-to-day accounts, billing, taxation, and financial records, preferably within the steel or trading industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily books of accounts including cash, bank, sales, and purchase entries
• Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of accounts
• Maintain records of inward and outward steel material transactions
• Manage GST-related entries, returns, and documentation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor receivables and payables
• Maintain ledger accounts, expense tracking, and customer/vendor records
• Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Coordinate with management for accurate financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Tally/accounting software and MS Excel
• Good understanding of GST and basic taxation
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in the steel industry / Loha Bazar / trading environment will be an added advantage
