Job Vacancy: Accountant (Odoo ERP Experienced)
A meat import and export company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Accountant to work at a single point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting Management: Use the Odoo ERP system to manage all financial transactions, from data entry to report generation.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
- Partner Ledger Management: Track, review, and reconcile all partner (customers and suppliers) accounts using the Partner Ledger module in Odoo.
- Point of Sale (POS) Administration: Audit and review daily sales sessions and reconcile accounts.
- Inventory Management: Implement a regular stocktaking system and prepare inventory reports using the manufacturing module in Odoo.
- Financial Follow-ups: Monitor payment due dates for both customers and suppliers.
- Payment Organization: Manage cash transactions, bank transfers, and checks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years of proven work experience using the Odoo ERP system.
- Education: A university degree in Accounting.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to deadlines.
- Location: Candidates residing in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
