Job Vacancy: Accountant (Odoo ERP Experienced)
A meat import and export company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an Accountant to work at a single point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Management: Use the Odoo ERP system to manage all financial transactions, from data entry to report generation.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Partner Ledger Management: Track, review, and reconcile all partner (customers and suppliers) accounts using the Partner Ledger module in Odoo.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Administration: Audit and review daily sales sessions and reconcile accounts.
  • Inventory Management: Implement a regular stocktaking system and prepare inventory reports using the manufacturing module in Odoo.
  • Financial Follow-ups: Monitor payment due dates for both customers and suppliers.
  • Payment Organization: Manage cash transactions, bank transfers, and checks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of two years of proven work experience using the Odoo ERP system.
  • Education: A university degree in Accounting.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, high attention to detail, and a strong commitment to deadlines.
  • Location: Candidates residing in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
