About Us:

Haldha Perfumes is a newly launched perfume brand in Dubai, serving both B2B and B2C markets across the UAE, US, UK, Europe, and Africa. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our financial operations and ensure smooth business growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial tasks. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who wants to grow in the perfume and luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
• Assist with VAT calculations and filings (UAE VAT)
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Manage petty cash, invoices, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with auditors and external financial partners when required
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting or finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and documentation
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, spreadsheets)
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible
