Job Title: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure timely reconciliation of books.

· Handle e-commerce platform settlements (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, website) and reconcile sales, returns, commissions, and taxes.

· Process and reconcile payments from multiple payment gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).

· Manage inventory accounting, coordinate with the warehouse team for stock reconciliations.

· Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure tax compliance.

· Monitor cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

· Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing and audits.

· Prepare financial reports for management review.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com)

· 2+ years of accounting experience in an online business or e-commerce setup.

· Strong knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.

· Proficiency in accounting software (Tally).

· Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

· Knowledge of inventory management and SKU-level cost tracking.

· Familiarity with online payment gateways and return/reverse logistics entries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
