Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounts, cash book, and bank transactions
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment entries
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory compliance
- Assist in budgeting and expense control
- Coordinate with auditors and handle audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 1–3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail/showroom accounting (added advantage)
- Knowledge of inventory accounting
- Good communication and coordination skills
