JOB BRIEF To have a background in tally, balance sheet preparation and finalization, payment, receipt, Income Tax, GST & TDS and understanding of accounting practices related to both private and individual.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
1. GST, TDS, Individual ITR Computation, Finalization of accounts
2. Sales, Purchase, JV, Bank receipt & Payment, Entries, E-invoicing, E-way bill, Petty Cash
3. Filing of GST-1 & GSTR-3B Returns
4. TDS payment and TDS Returns
5. Bank Co-ordination and Online Banking
6. Co-ordination with CA, CS, Channel Partners, Banking & Insurance officials
7. Payroll Management, PF, ESIC Website Exposure
8. Stock Statement for Bank Limits
9. Inventory Accounting Exposure
EDUCATION
Minimum Education :- B.Com/ M.Com/ CA Inter
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Experience Accounts :- 2 years
Minimum Experience :- 3 years in Corporate
OTHER SKILLS
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
