Job Title: Accountant cum Inventory Executive

Location: Dumka
Experience: 1–3 years as Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily inward, outward, and stock balance of all materials.
  • Prepare and update daily stock report in Excel (opening, inward, outward, closing).
  • Coordinate with godown staff for material receipt and dispatch entries.
  • Match physical stock with book stock and report shortages/excess.
  • Maintain item-wise and party-wise stock records.
  • Ensure proper documentation for GRN, delivery challan, and sales invoices.
  • Update stock entries in Tally / accounting software.
  • Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with Fertiliser (Control) Order – FCO record requirements (registers, stock statements, etc.).
  • Coordinate with godown staff for stock verification.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by authorities, if required.
  • Prepare and manage e-invoices, purchase bills, and e-way bills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (B.Com preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (daily reports, formulas).
  • Basic working knowledge of Tally.
  • Experience in inventory / godown / warehouse accounting preferred.
  • Good accuracy, discipline, and coordination skills.

Joining: Within 1-2 weeks

Salary- 12,000-18,000pm

Working Hours- 10am-7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
