Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in line with company policies

Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to assess business performance

Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices, track receivables, and ensure timely settlements

Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Update and manage sales tax/GST filings and maintain accurate company financial records

Assist with tax preparation, audits, and compliance requirements

Maintain proper documentation for financial and statutory records

Experience Required:

Minimum 2+ years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in *Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CA / ACCA certification will be highly preferred

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
