1. Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
- Record daily clinic income from consultations, procedures, and product sales.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements with books of accounts regularly.
2. Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor and record inventory usage of skin and hair care products, medicines, and equipment.
- Assist in periodic stock-taking and valuation.
- Analyze cost of treatments/products and recommend optimization measures.
3. Billing & Revenue Management
- Oversee client billing, receipts, and refunds.
- Ensure GST compliance on billing and provide reports for tax filing.
- Support front office team in handling payment issues or discrepancies.
4. Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and Payroll.
- Assist with tax filings and liaise with external auditors or consultants.
- Maintain all financial records as per statutory requirements.
5. MIS & Financial Reporting
- Prepare and submit monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Provide reports on treatment/package profitability, doctor-wise income, etc.

6. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with Clinic Head, and operations manager for expense approvals and budgeting.
- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decisions.
- Support internal audits and financial planning processes.

Pay: ₹10,569.21 - ₹40,047.06 per month
