Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and maintain updated cashbooks and petty cash.
- Regularly assess cash flow and provide weekly updates on payables and receivables.
- Communicate frequently with clients and vendors to update them on payments.
- Prepare ledgers, Profit & Loss accounts, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Audit financial documents to ensure accuracy and maintain confidentiality of financial data.
- Suggest financial policies and procedures based on the company’s financial status.
- Manage company accounts to ensure on-time payments and oversee financial software systems.
- Maintain privacy of financial information and perform database backups when required.
- Identify and correct discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial documents.
- Evaluate accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial statements, and auditing principles
- Proficiency in accounting software, especially Zoho Books, Tally, or ERP systems
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records
- Hindi (preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
