Job Description:

We are looking for a Male Accountant with at least 5 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations at our Farm House. Candidates with experience in agricultural or farm-related accounting will be preferred. Retired professionals with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of farm expenses, income, and inventory.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger entries, and bank transactions.
• Handle cash flow, petty cash, and payment processing for vendors and labor.
• Prepare and maintain monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage billing, invoices, receipts, and GST-related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA, or consultants for tax filing and compliance.
• Monitor inventory of seeds, fertilizers, equipment, and other farm materials.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning for farm operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and maintain physical & digital records.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in an agriculture or rural setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and basic accounting software.
• Familiar with GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Male candidates only.
• Retired accountants or ex-government employees are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Hindi is compulsory. Knowledge of local language is an added advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
