Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the end-to-end financial operations of Creatara Mobility Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and experience working in a fast-paced startup or manufacturing setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings, ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records; support internal and external audit processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital requirements, and financial risk areas.
- Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
- Support fundraising activities and investor documentation with accurate financial data.
- Optimize financial processes and contribute to building a strong financial framework for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (CA Inter or equivalent qualification is a strong plus.)
- 2–5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, EV, engineering, or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting tools).
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
