Requirements:
· Degree in commerce (B.COM/M.COM/ CA / CFA / CPA / CMA/ ACCA)
· Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Singapore accounting or related field.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
· Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to work independently and as part of a team.
. Knowledge of MoU's and AoU's.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have experience in Singapore accounting.
· Knowledge of GST , TDS, ACRA / IRAS / ECI / SFRS/ GAAP/ IFRS and any other compliances as MCA ( India) & MOM (Singapore).
· CA/ CPA/ CMA/ CFA/ ACCA Preferable.
. Member of ISCA and ICAI is a Plus.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
· Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
· Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditure.
· Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
· Handle tax fillings and assist in tax activities.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
· Software’s – Tally ERP9, Busy, Xero, QuickBooks, other accounting software.
· Corporate Taxing, Familiar with International Accounting.
· Compose budget forecasts.
· Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases.
· Make and evaluate the organization’s year-end financial accounts.
· Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organization.
· Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data.
- To ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations.
- Compilation and presentation of financial and budget reports including India and Singapore.
- Prepare reports and tax returns.
Requirements and skills:
· Should have knowledge of Singapore accounting.
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
· Should have work in a corporate culture.
