- Maintain day book and record all daily financial transactions
- Handle supplier/creditor payments and reconcile outstanding balances
- Record and verify purchase entries and sales entries
- Manage receipts, payments, and bank transactions
- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounts (cash, bank, ledger, creditors, debtors)
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Budget Planning & Variance Analysis
- Assist management with financial planning, cost control, and decision-making
