- Maintain books of accounts including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax returns, and statutory compliance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com preferred)
- CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) is an added advantage
- 2 years of relevant accounting experience (can be adjusted as needed)
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting regulations
- Good command over MS Excel and financial reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
