Shift: Night Shift (BYOB Events)

Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accurate accounting during BYOB night operations at eBowla Club. The role focuses on revenue tracking, expense control, compliance, and end-of-shift financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions for BYOB night shifts
• Monitor cash, digital payments, and entry/cover charges
• Track expenses related to night operations (staffing, utilities, supplies, security, etc.)
• Prepare end-of-shift and daily financial reports
• Ensure accurate invoicing and receipt management
• Maintain proper bookkeeping records in line with accounting standards
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for events and night operations
• Coordinate with management on financial performance and discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with local financial, tax, and club policies
• Support audits and periodic financial reviews

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic to strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience handling cash and transaction reconciliation (preferred)
• Attention to detail and strong numerical skills
• Ability to work night shifts and during events
• Familiarity with accounting software and spreadsheets
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
