An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Record all financial transactions in the accounting software.
  • Process and record invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements with the company's financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Generate financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Provide necessary documentation and explanations during audits.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information.
  • Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients regarding financial transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
