Billing: Generating bills, issuing invoices, and posting receipts

Accounts: Managing accounts and balances, identifying inconsistencies, and updating accounts receivable databases

Payments: Receiving, sorting, and tracking incoming payments

Customer service: Answering questions and handling complaints from customers

Reporting: Reporting daily activities to upper management and ensuring the reporting head is informed of outstanding debts and deadlines

Stock: Maintaining stock and preparing purchase orders

Prices: Establishing or identifying prices of goods, services, or admission

Reviews: Reviewing billing activity for accuracy
