Job Description

WBM Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure accuracy in records, and support effective financial management across organizational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll support
• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and taxation basics
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Experience in NGOs, development sector, or project-based accounting will be an advantage
