- Keep general ledger accounts accurate and complete.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and support operational needs.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and response to audit inquiries.
- Ensure financial records and documents are securely stored and access is controlled to prevent unauthorized use.
- Follow data protection and confidentiality policies to safeguard sensitive financial information.
- Adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures to minimize risk and ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain hygiene, grooming and dress code that matches the industry standards/as directed by organization management.
