Financial Management

1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

2. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile company accounts, including bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.

3. Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to record financial transactions.

Purchasing Duties

1. Purchase Order Processing: Process purchase orders, including verifying vendor information, checking prices, and ensuring proper authorization.

2. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating prices, resolving disputes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

3. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying slow-moving items, and optimizing inventory turnover.

Accounting and Compliance

1. Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payment to vendors.

2. Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Analytical and Advisory Role

1. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

3. Advisory Role: Provide financial guidance and advice to management and other stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Other Responsibilities

1. Internal Controls: Maintain and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.

2. Audit and Compliance: Assist in preparing for audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Special Projects: Participate in special projects, such as financial modeling, process improvement, and system implementation.

Pay: ₹11,351.76 - ₹19,458.49 per month
