Job Summary:
To manage day-to-day accounting, BG management, statutory compliance and financial reporting for smooth project operations and accurate accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally
2. Bank Guarantee (BG) Management
- Maintain record of all issued & received BGs with start–end dates.
- Monitor validity, expiry & renewal dates and coordinate with bank for extensions.
- Maintain BG register including all BG’s Details
- Ensure timely extension / release / cancellation of BG after project closure.
- Track Guarantee margin money / FDR lien and coordinate for release after cancellation.
3. Statutory Compliance -
- GST Input & Output reconciliation, GST returns & e-invoice / e-way bill.
- TDS deduction & returns (24Q/26Q) and issue of Form-16A.
4. Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Tally & MS Excel
- Knowledge of Bank Guarantee process
- Understanding of construction costing
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & commercial documentation
- Good coordination with banks, vendors & site teams
- Prepare project-wise costing
- Handle accounts payable/receivable & vendor reconciliation.
- Handle bank reconciliation, cash book & petty cash.
- Track and maintain advance payments, retention money, security deposits.
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter
- 3–8 years of experience, construction field preferred
