We are looking for two skilled and detail-oriented Accountants to support our Holiday Homes and Real Estate divisions. The ideal candidates will be proficient in QuickBooks, knowledgeable in taxation, and capable of managing financial operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and issue invoices and receipts, and coordinate with developers and external parties.
- Handle VAT and Corporate Tax declarations.
- Prepare sales reports, cashflow statements, and other required financial documentation.
- Compile and review sales data for each property, verify payment information, and assist with processing payments.
- Write off invoices and assist with paying various expenses.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support leadership with additional tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of VAT and Corporate Tax procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
