Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, taxation, and financial records for our construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling accounts independently and coordinating with HR, site teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle billing, client invoices, and vendor payments
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI calculations, returns, and compliance
- Coordinate with banks for payments, reconciliations, and BG-related entries
- Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
- Support payroll processing in coordination with HR/Admin
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory requirements
- Track project-wise expenses and cost reports
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) preferred
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience, preferably in construction/infra sector
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of billing, taxation, and cost control
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Exposure to project billing and vendor management
- Strong attention to detail and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
