Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage all accounting and purchase-related functions for our bakery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial management, maintain supplier relations, and oversee stock and purchase processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate billing and invoice filing.

Record all purchase entries and transactions in accounting software.

Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.

Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and payments.

Responsible for procurement of bakery ingredients, packaging, and other operational stocks.

Track expenses and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in food or bakery business.

Knowledge of accounting software Tally and MS Excel.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and team members.

Ability to manage purchase orders and maintain stock records accurately.

Reporting To: Proprietor / Operations Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹29,614.67 per month
