Job Title: Accountant

Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy of accounting data, preparing reports, and complying with applicable laws and regulations. The role supports financial decision-making by maintaining reliable financial information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and accounts
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare tax returns and support audits
  • Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
  • Maintain proper documentation and records

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
