Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements

· UAE National (Only) with a valid Family Book

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within uae

· thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures

· Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (ERP systems preferred).

· Understanding of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage

· Candidates with valid uae driving license would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in recording daily financial transactions, maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers, reconciling bank and account statements, and preparing supporting documents for audits.

· Process vendor invoices and payments, match purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes, track customer payments, send overdue reminders, and maintain accurate aging reports.

· Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, assist in variance analysis, and ensure accurate data entry into accounting systems.

· Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintain organized financial records, and support tax filing and statutory compliance.

· Collect data for budget preparation, update financial models or spreadsheets, and provide inputs for expense tracking.

· Participate in internal audits and inventory counts, and support documentation and coordination for external audit processes.
