Job Description

Cauvery Saw Mill is looking for a full-time Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance. This role is best suited for candidates seeking long-term employment in a stable local business environment.

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Billing and invoice preparation

GST filing support and report maintenance

Daily accounts receivable tracking

Inward and outward stock entry

Customer payment follow-ups

Tender documentation support

Coordinating with auditors and visiting auditor offices when required

Handling official emails and basic correspondence

Maintaining accurate financial records and registers

Qualifications & Skills

Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge

Experience in GST documentation and billing preferred

Good English communication skills (written & spoken)

Comfortable coordinating with auditors and external offices

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Driving license is an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates residing in Thiruvanai Kovil or nearby areas

Looking for stable, long-term employment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and well-organized
