Job Description

Spazio Interiors LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial operations, with a strong focus on fit-out / contracting accounts, cost control, and UAE compliance. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable working with project-based accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts (GL, AP, AR)
• Handle project-wise accounting for fit-out and interior works
• Track project costs, expenses, supplier payments, and client invoices
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage VAT filing, reconciliation, and compliance in the UAE
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
• Prepare payment schedules for suppliers and subcontractors
• Coordinate with auditors, VAT consultants, and banks
• Maintain proper documentation for invoices, LPOs, contracts, and expenses
• Support management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field

• 3–5 years UAE experience, preferably in interiors / contracting / construction
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws
• Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling fit-out project costing and profitability

• ACCA / CA / CMA (or pursuing)
