We are hiring a UAE-experienced Accountant to manage financial operations across both businesses.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant currently residing in Dubai with strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing and compliance. The ideal candidate must have hands-on UAE accounting experience and be capable of managing accounts independently.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must be currently living in Dubai
• Minimum 1–2 years UAE accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE VAT filing & FTA reporting
• VAT return submission (quarterly)
• Input/Output VAT reconciliation
• Familiar with UAE accounting standards
• Experience with:
• Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks (any UAE-used system)
• Excel (advanced level preferred) (MUST)
• Basic knowledge of payroll processing
• Experience in construction or F&B sector is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file VAT returns through FTA portal
• Maintain financial records for both companies
• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Monitor expenses & cost control
• Coordinate with auditors when required
• Maintain compliance with UAE regulations
