Accountant

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands‑on experience in accounting operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently within a fast‑paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Support external audits and provide required documentation
• Monitor expenses and support cost‑control initiatives
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of financial workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience in UAE
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in law firms or professional services (an advantage)
• Familiarity with VAT regulations and compliance
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Language: English & Arabic
