1. Student Counselling & Guidance

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, career prospects, and outcomes.
  • Provide accurate information regarding UG/PG/Diploma programs, entrance requirements, and academic pathways.
  • Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions (in-person, telephonic, online).

2. Admission Process Management

  • Handle the end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Assist students with application forms, documentation, and fee submission.
  • Ensure admissions are conducted as per University / AICTE / UGC / State Government norms.
  • Maintain admission records, student files, and MIS data accurately.

3. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

  • Generate student leads through walk-ins, calls, emails, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and education portals.
  • Regular follow-up with interested candidates to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain a structured lead tracking system.

4. Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Support admission marketing activities such as:
  • School visits
  • Education fairs
  • Seminars & open houses
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online campaigns and social media inquiries.
  • Represent the college professionally during promotional events.

5. Parent & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Address parent queries and concerns regarding academics, placements, hostel, and fees.
  • Coordinate with academic departments, finance, hostel, and administration for smooth onboarding.
  • Act as a liaison between students, parents, and the institution.

6. Documentation & Compliance

  • Verify student eligibility, certificates, and supporting documents.
  • Ensure compliance with reservation policies, merit lists, and counseling procedures.
  • Assist in preparing admission-related data for audits, inspections, and accreditation (NAAC / NBA / AICTE).

7. Fee & Scholarship Guidance

  • Explain fee structures, payment schedules, refunds, and scholarships clearly.
  • Assist students with government scholarships, fee concessions, and education loans.
  • Coordinate with accounts for fee reconciliation.

8. Reporting & Data Management

  • Prepare daily/weekly admission reports and conversion analysis.
  • Track targets and contribute towards achieving enrollment goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student data.

9. Student Onboarding & Orientation

  • Support newly admitted students during orientation and induction programs.
  • Ensure smooth transition from admission to academic commencement.
  • Guide students on college rules, academic calendar, and student support services.

10. Ethical & Professional Conduct

  • Follow ethical admission practices and avoid misrepresentation.
  • Ensure transparency and fairness in all admission activities.
  • Uphold the institution’s values and reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
