Position Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team. The Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of our operations. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Recordkeeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and budget variances to provide insights for decision-making.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payments.
Monitor accounts receivable and collections, ensuring timely payments from customers.

Tax Compliance:Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
Perform regular tax assessments and provide recommendations for tax optimization.

Financial Auditing:Assist in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as required.

Budget Management:Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets, tracking expenses, and providing variance analysis.

Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Payroll Processing:Oversee payroll processing, including accurate calculations, deductions, and compliance with labor laws.

Vendor and Supplier Management:Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely payments and resolving any financial disputes.

Compliance and Regulations:Stay updated on financial regulations and industry standards, ensuring the company's compliance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• CPA or relevant certification (preferred).
