Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project-wise accounts and financial records
  • Knowledge of real estate billing structures
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cost control
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable related to projects
  • Process contractor/vendor payments and verify bills
  • Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain ledger accuracy
  • Coordinate with project managers for financial planning
  • Assist in audits and financial documentation
  • Track customer payments and prepare demand notes
  • Admin and legal Support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of accounting experience in real estate or construction
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Good understanding of project costing and budgeting
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,129.61 - ₹30,000.00 per month
