About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, ensuring financial compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a proactive professional with in-depth knowledge of Qatari financial regulations and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Process payroll, manage employee expenses, and handle end-of-service benefits calculations.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
• Utilise accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) to maintain accurate financial records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be currently located in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA) is a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience as an accountant, preferably within Qatar or the GCC.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
