Job Summary:

Dr Heal Multispeciality Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate reporting. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and maintain confidentiality of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management:

• Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions
• Record receipts, payments, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices and verify billing entries
• Handle vendor payments and maintain payment records

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Assist in preparing profit & loss statements
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers and bills
• Support internal and external audit processes

Banking & Compliance:

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance (if applicable)
• Ensure accurate financial data entry in accounting software
• Coordinate with management regarding financial updates

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally / Accounting Software
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidentiality and integrity

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com preferred

Experience:

• 1–3 years experience in hospital or healthcare accounting preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
