Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the PEB industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, statutory compliance, cost tracking, and supporting financial reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Monitor inventory valuation and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and financial controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (PEB preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in cost accounting and inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Preferred

• Experience in steel / fabrication / construction manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
