We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Accounts cum Customer Follow-up Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our finances are accurate and our customers are satisfied. You'll handle daily accounting tasks, follow up with clients on payments, and maintain smooth communication between our finance, sales, and operations teams.

Handling daily office operations (calls, emails, supplies, filing) and core financial tasks like managing payables/receivables, processing invoices, bank reconciliation, preparing reports (P&L, cash flow), and assisting with audits and tax filings, requiring strong organizational, numerical, and communication skills to support both administrative and accounting functions . Responsible for reviewing, validating, and managing all financial and trade-related documentation submitted by customers, sales teams, and internal departments.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems, records, and documents.
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with HR tasks like attendance and payroll data.

Accounting Duties:

  • Process and track accounts payable (supplier bills) and accounts receivable (client invoices).
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send invoices, delivery notes, and quotations.
  • Assist with month-end/year-end closing procedures and audits.
  • Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and tax forms.
  • Update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications (General)

  • Accounting Graduate
  • At least 1-2 years Experience as accountant
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and relevant regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
