Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented person to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the company’s financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Maintain general ledger and journal entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
