Job Title: Accountant

Location: Perundurai
Experience : 1 - 2 years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts.
  • Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
  • Verify and record sales invoices and purchase bills.
  • Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
  • Handle TDS deduction, payment, and filing.
  • Maintain records for audits and statutory requirements.
  • Process supplier payments and maintain payment records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations regularly.
  • Monitor cash flow and report discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial reports as required by management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
