Accountant

We are urgently hiring an Accountant to join our team . The right candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management with clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP/AR, journal entries, ledgers)
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• VAT compliance: filing, reconciliation, and documentation
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Supplier/customer reconciliations and follow-ups
• Support audit preparation and maintain proper documentation
• Manage petty cash and expense controls
• Coordinate with management on budgeting and cost control

Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience as an Accountant (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of VAT and accounting basics
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Zoho / SAP / ERP)
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Can join immediately or within a short notice period
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred

• Experience in trading/wholesale/retail (especially inventory businesses)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent)
