Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Location: Mahalaxmi (South Mumbai)
Salary : 20000 - 30000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of taxation, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally / ERP system
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Manage GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance
• Handle TDS calculation and return filing
• Assist in PF & ESI compliance (if applicable)
• Prepare vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
• Coordinate with CA / Auditor during audits
• Monitor cash flow and expense tracking
• Assist in budgeting and cost control

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and accounting principles
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience

Preferred (If Hospitality / Restaurant Industry)

• Experience in restaurant accounting
• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation
• Handling daily sales reconciliation (POS vs Cash/Card/UPI)
• Experience in multi-outlet accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
