Accountant

Accountant – Full Time

Umm Al Quwain, UAE

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general accounting activities including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
• Maintain the general ledger and process journal entries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of VAT and UAE financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
