About Us:

Chocolate Palace is a leading sweets and chocolate manufacturing and retail company in the UAE since 2002 , known for quality, creativity, and excellence. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our factory team in Umm Al Quwain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets for the factory operations.
• Handle VAT filings, compliance, and other regulatory requirements in the UAE.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support external and internal audits.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and employee expense settlements.
• Provide financial analysis and support management in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of accounting experience in India (preferably in food & beverage / manufacturing sector).
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT laws, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.Dolphin) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 1800-2500 (based on experience).
