Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Accountant with a minimum of one year of experience in accounting to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial transactions and assisting with daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and maintain financial statements and records.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.

- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.

- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.

- Support daily operations and administrative tasks as needed.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors.

- Provide support to the management team with financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc).

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
