Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations for our manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for accounts receivable & payable, MIS reporting, inventory and stock management, BOM entries, invoicing, VAT, and corporate tax compliance.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment and be comfortable coordinating with production, stores, and management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare and post sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Maintain accurate ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and cash flow records.
• Follow up on customer payments and supplier settlements.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS reports for management.
• Analyze expenses, profitability, and production costs.
• Support management with financial data and reports as required.

Inventory & BOM Management

• Maintain stock records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Perform stock reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
• Handle BOM (Bill of Materials) entry and updates for production items.
• Coordinate with production and stores for material consumption and variance tracking.

Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE regulations.
• Maintain proper VAT documentation and records.
• Assist in Corporate Tax computation and submission.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements.

Other Responsibilities

• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support internal controls and accounting process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, MIS, inventory accounting, and costing.
• Experience with VAT and Corporate Tax (UAE).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / ERP / QuickBooks or similar).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, FMCG, or manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of costing, production accounting, and BOM structures.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory submissions.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
