Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting & Finance Specialist with a strong background in trading operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Odoo software and be proficient in managing purchasing, invoicing, costing, inventory, and financial reporting. This role requires accuracy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to support business operations with reliable financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Process and review purchasing transactions, supplier invoices, and customer billing
• Handle sales delivery transactions and ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, stock valuation, and costing
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements
• Ensure accurate VAT reporting, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation
• Maintain accurate records in the Odoo Accounting System
• Support trading operations with financial insights and cost analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in trading companies
• Odoo software experience is a MUST
• Strong background in purchasing, invoicing, costing, inventory management, and financial reporting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
