HVAC Service Technician

The Big Task

This candidate is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homes. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal system performance while delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Sub Tasks

Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete paperwork.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications.

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, experience with residential HVAC service and repairs, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
