Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Minimum 1 Year Experience Required)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and be able to manage daily financial transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Manage petty cash and expense tracking
• Coordinate with management on financial planning and budgeting

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in [Trading, Automotive, oil & lubricant, etc.]
• Knowledge of preparing finance reports and communication skill
