The Accountant will support the daily finance operations across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong cash management, and timely reconciliation of high-volume transactions. This role is critical in maintaining financial integrity within a regulated, data-driven environment.

This role involves supporting the daily finance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management
• Monitor daily cash balances across multiple accounts
• Manage liquidity and fund allocation
• Process payments and inter-account fund movements
• Expense & Vendor Management
• Record and track company expenses accurately
• Manage vendor payments and relationships
• Oversee card-based payments, including ~200 recurring subscriptions
• Payment Processing
• Execute manual payment uploads
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all payment transactions
• Daily Reconciliation
• Review bank statements on a daily basis
• Reconcile transactions across accounts
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
• Platform & Financial Data Review
• Review financial data generated from internal platforms
• Extract and analyze transaction data
• Validate revenue calculations and financial metrics
• Manage and process large volumes of financial data
• Accounting System Management
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
• Ensure correct booking of expenses and revenues
• Support month-end and reporting processes as required

Qualifications

High attention to detail and accuracy

Required Skills

• Strong reconciliation and data-handling capabilities
• Experience managing high-volume transactions
• Familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills

Immediate requirement for a full-time accountant (contract / secondment basis)

Pay range and compensation package

Opportunity for extension beyond initial contract based on performance. Potential for longer-term collaboration.
